Problem with delivered work ( graphic design )

I’m facing a problem from last week that my delivered work isn’t showing up on profile. Even i confirm from the buyer and they also assured me that they didn’t hide the delivery.
I submit a request to CS five days ago but no solution.
How i van revolve this
