i have one problem,i had 9 order completed and 1 more order in que,but i had to cancel it becouse big floods hits my country,and i lost my house and PC ,and rating was 75%now and I put gig extra duration on gig 2 days,now i dont see GIG EXTRAS,and i cant change duration to 1 day it say

Looks like you lost your level thus you do not have access to gig extras. In your case i think you should contact the buyer who gave you a negative feedback, explain why you cancelled and ask if the buyer would consider changing the feedback. If the buyer agrees take a screenshot of the message and contact support
