Problem with getting my funds

its been a long time i’m trying to get my money but i couldn’t! , its gives me this error:Withdrawal was not completed. Please try again or contact Customer Support for more details

i’ve contact customer support twice and they said there is no problem from their side and i should withdraw my money with no problem … but I can’t I don’t know why… my PayPal account i working normally … any help would be appreciated… i found similar topics says that you should withdraw once in 24 hours … but it’s been like 3 days and i could not withdraw anything
