Problem with gig stats

Hello to all.
I am facing an issue and wana know if it’s with only me or others are facing the same too? My gig stats gradually decreased from 5k to 200 and also response time is increasing from 1 hour to 8 hours even there is no msg received from anyone anywhere. Can someone elaborate this? 1 mobe thing order conpletion level is also decreasing. Thanks
