Problem with my response time

Hi Everyone,
Last 2-3 days ago suddenly my response time increased from 1hour to 32 hours. But, to be honest I didn’t receive any message from any buyer. So, If you help How Can I help make my response time again 32 hours to 1 hour.

If you’ve checked the messages you received in the last 60 days and all your replies to the first messages were within 24 hours you could contact support and have them check/fix it.
