Problem with the buyer

I am having problem with one of my buyer asking me to cancel the order after the buyer given a positive review. I don’t know why, I’d contacted support to seek help but they told me to cancel the order mutually.



Could anyone suggest what shall I do now?



I am not sure whether It can affect my reputation as a seller.



P.S: The buyer given review and the order is closed now.

Tried but ultimately the buyer won because of fiverr’s blind buyer protection policy. :-L

As far as I know, you’re protected if you did what was requested.

Also try the resolution center button on the order page if that helps.
