Problems with downloading

I’ve been having problems with downloading attached files from buyer’s requirements. In fact no attachment form anywhere on fiverr, not even from buyer request section. It’s happening for last couple of hours. shows error. Can anyone help me with some info?

Apologise to your buyer, and ask if they can please upload the file again - it’s worked for me! 🙂

If you’re having problem downloading files, you should log out entirely, close the browser, restart your computer, and try again.🙂

Did you try a different browser? Are you able to download attachments within the order page?
