Problems with Fiverr v2

Anybody else having problems with this new inbox? I have had orders that didn’t even show up on v2 that were on the old version. How can I delete old messages that are just hanging out…I have 2 that were cancelled and they’re just stuck in the inbox without any way of deleting them. I also hate that the “gig extras” are not shown in my “what to do” page…We also desperately need a block button. I’ve got crazy people buying gigs and then asking me to do things entirely different than what the gig says. And to top it off. If I refuse or cancel then it brings my rating down or they can leave me negative feedback? Seriously? Anyone else having problems? Anybody have any solutions? Thanks!

If you want to delete messages, click where I circled and click purge old messages, that’s for already responded or viewed old items.
