I am having difficulty trying to perform a mutually agreed cancellation accessing the resolution center. The system is not functioning well. Is there any other way to cancel my order so I can shop around for a different seller?

customer support?? what customer support? I cant figure out how to speak directly to someone to fix things.
This difficulty arises when the order has been completed the seller might have got payment which is 14 day from the date of order completion. In two days, Fiverr transfers credit into Seller account but keep for 14 days for such conflict resolution. After this 14 days none can do anything.
