How can I write a professional buyer request?

Firstly, read the request. Secondly use proper english with no grammar mistakes or odd language. Too often I see requests that just come off as english being a second or third language, which is fine but the grammar is so atrocious and the proposal wasn’t not proof-read it makes a buyer think of not hiring you for the gig. Third address their need and how you can solve it. Lastly provide a price, timeline for delivery and availability to start. Hope this helps, best of luck!
