Hi, For some reason I have a green 1 showing on my ‘to do’ all the time. When I click on it, it says “Your user profile is incomplete. Please edit it”. But my profile IS complete. There is nothing to complete. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the 1 because it’s really annoying seeing it every time I log on and I don’t seem to be able to do anything about it.
I would check over it once more by reading over Fiverr’s FAQ about editing your public profile first http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/204276443-Managing-Your-Public-Profile-Settings
Once you’ve double checked and are sure you’re not missing anything I would try another browser, clear your browsers cache, and if it’s still showing up… contact Customer Service and let them know you’re account is having a glitch. Make sure to screenshot what is showing up on your account and they should fit it.

It’s possible that you didn’t link you facebook account to your fiverr account as that is part of the profile. I haven’t done so and my profile is marked as incomplete.
If this is not your case then yes you might want to contact fiverr support.
There are different parts to completing your profile. They are:
- upload a profile picture
- write a profile description
- link a Facebook account
- put in your full name
Ok, what if I don’t use Facebook? I don’t have a Facebook account. What to do in this case?

same is my case, i think nothing to do with it.that dot appears in early days, but it disappear now, only when i get any order and click on to do , i can see the message Your user profile is incomplete. i don’t have any problem with it.
