I don’t know what “profile percentage” means but I think you are talking about “order completion %” right?
The reason for this is that the order completion % is calculated based on the cumulative average order completion % of the last 60 days. Don’t worry about it too much. Just complete more orders (and reduce the number of cancellations if you can) and you will soon see the value starting to increase.
