I have opened a Fiverr New Account. I have updated all the information. But it shows incomplete on notification dashboard. There is no option to clear it. Please help me to complete it.
I had this, try emailing Customer Support to find out what the issue is. Mine was that they didn’t like the picture I had for my gig - could be something as simple as that.
I opened my account over a month ago, but it’s same here …
Here’s a help center article that lists all the things that can be filled out, perhaps you can find something you didn’t fill out yet but which is mandatory. Not all the things are mandatory, though. If you don’t fill out optional things, you can still carry on.
