Project delivered to client but client decided to cancel for some reason

What happens when you already finished a project and submitted your work, then for some reason the client decided to back out and cancel the order. Will the seller receive any payment? What will happen to the file sent to the client? He can use it right? is there something that would at least assure the seller for the job already done?

Right top corner "SUBMIT A REQUEST " tell them all the detail. See what’s their suggestion.

You might also want to reject the cancellation first, just to ask the buyer why, and what to do to make it right.

Sometimes sellers just order by seeing the title of the gig. They are hard to convince they expect someething else that what we deliver. so it is better to cancel than arguing with them.
