A seller begged me to settle payment for a job that he had not yet completed, saying that he would be adversely affected if it wasn’t done before the deadline. He promised to make all the changes that I would request him to do afterwards. However, he has been procrastinating under various excuses after receipt of payment from me.
I would like to know how I can lodge a formal complaint to the management of Fiverr and what remedies I may have under such circumstances.
