peterkcchoi Posted June 22, 2016 Share Posted June 22, 2016 A seller begged me to settle payment for a job that he had not yet completed, saying that he would be adversely affected if it wasn’t done before the deadline. He promised to make all the changes that I would request him to do afterwards. However, he has been procrastinating under various excuses after receipt of payment from me.I would like to know how I can lodge a formal complaint to the management of Fiverr and what remedies I may have under such circumstances.Your advice will be much appreciated.Peter Choi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, you should never accept a delivery without work being delivered no matter what the excuse from the seller.The best practice for honest sellers who run into late delivery problems is to simply request cancellation of orders, explain the situation to buyers and invite them to reorder.
