Promoted Gig Feature Eligibility

I am a level 2 seller. Some of my gigs fulfil the criteria of promoted gig feature but I haven’t got it yet. I talked to customer support and they said

There are many other factors that come into this equation as a part of additional quality metrics, besides the Level, Gig’s rating, and Gig’s reviews.

Do you know what other factors are? Waiting for responses!
