Its been while but still didn’t get the promoted-gig feature on my account? What could be the reason? i saw many other level one seller like me had this feature, why i didn’t get this feature?
Any one know anything regarding this issue?

It’s a great tool that only certain categories of services are equipped with, you can ask to Customer Support for specific details on this.

Fiverr has a specific algorithm that they use to hand pick certain sellers for the Gig Promotion Feature. As of now on the Forum, since we’re all just buyers and sellers, nobody knows exactly what the algorithm is!
