Promoted Gigs (Enabled But Not Delivering Ads)

Hello, I am a level 2 Seller and serving All WordPress Services (More into advance customization/Development). I suddenly stopped getting orders and also got a promoted gig option enabled in my account but that doesn’t work for me. The Status Says “Promoted” for the last 2 months and never got a single impression or click. I Also Contacted Customer Support they said to wait 48-72 hours but nothing still happens even it’s been 3 weeks now. (See Screenshot)
