Promoted Gigs page?

Does anyone noticed on their profile, there is new page showing up for “Promoted Gigs” ? So, how this supposed to work if n number of sellers in same category promote their gigs ? the location on site is same and there can be limited gigs to be placed over there, so just want to understand how this is good for sellers?

Its just definition of “more” is different for each individual.
