Promotion of book gig

I published a kindle book and picked a very highly recommended kindle book promotion company through fivver, the only thing I got was message that my book assigned a date to be promoted, but no order delivered thing, no proof of where it was being promoted like links extra, what should I do?

Did the gig you bought say that they were going to actually give you all the links to where your book has been advertised? HOw much did you pay?

ALso, how many days does the gig you bought say it takes to complete? Sometimes you will get a message that the gig has been started once you pay, but then it takes a few days for the seller to “deliver” the work to you. Until that date has passed, don’t worry if they do not contact you.
