One of my buyer asking me to make promotional videos for his sex toy products, Can I make that for him? or it is against Fiverr TOS?

If you are making as a promotional video , It will be ok , no problem for it , here just they are buying service from you and you are selling service as a seller , for which product its not problem . you can do this . and this is not against Fiverr TOS.
