Purchasing gig for reviews purpose

Anyone knows what will happen if I purchase a gig from a random guy, with an agreement through the inbox, for the sake of giving him good reviews, since he is down rated by his previous buyers and in return, I tell that guy to purchase my gig and leave an excellent review.

From Fiverr’s Terms of Service: “Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance seller ratings, or to abuse the Fiverr platform with purchases from additional accounts, will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts.”

So, if you do that, you will both get banned.
