Can I put external link to my sales? What is the impact to my account or level?

Reply to @kjblynx: Your response kind of freaked me out. Hey @yanwarpro2 speak with customer support, give them a heads up of what link you’d like to use, if it’s for samples etc they may say it’s acceptable and make special dispensation for you. Currently within the TOS, you may use Flickr and YouTube etc.

Before doing anything like that make sure contact fiverr first because if you will do without knowing them, may be they can remove your gig. If you will let them know might be they allow you to put other link.
