Quand les formulaires de Fiverr ne fonctionnent pas

Fiverr décide de temps à autre “pour des raisons de sécurité” de vérifier les coordonnées téléphoniques de ses vendeur. Pour moi c’est en ce moment. Seul problème le formulaire ou on doit recopier le code reçu ne marche pas.

Après avoir contacté 3 fois le support pour signaler cette erreur, la seule réponse (qui s’est avérée idiote) a été de changer mon mot de passe et de réessayer.

Le premier effet d’avoir changé mon mot de passe a été l’impossibilité de me connecter à Fiverr. J’ai donc des éventuels clients qui m’envoyent des messages (je reçois les alertes emails) et auxquels je ne peux pas répondre. Par ailleurs je ne peux pas livrer les ordres qui étaient en cours.

Deuxième inconvénient : comme je ne peux pâs accéder à mon interface, je ne peux pas désactiver mon profil.

Troisième inconvénient ; je ne peux pas récupérer l’argent qui est sur mon compte, un peu plus d’une centaine d’euros.

Quatrième inconvénient : je ne peux pas valider mon téléphone, donc dans quelques jours mon profil va être désactivé.

La seule chose que je peux faire est de poster des messages ici dans le forum ainsi que des ticket au support qui les clos immédiatement en " m’invitant " a retenter l’opération dans 24h.

La morale de l’histoire : Fiverr a un support inefficace.

Désolé pour les clients que je laisse, sachez que cela n’est pas de ma faute ; je suis juste dans l’impossibilité de communiquer avec Fiverr.

When Fiverr forms do not work

Fiverr decides from time to time “for security reasons” to check the phone numbers of his salesperson. For me, it is right now. The only problem the form or we have to copy the received code does not work.

After contacting three times the support to report this error, the only answer (which turned out to be silly) was to change my password and try again.

The first effect of changing my password was the inability to connect to Fiverr. So I have potential customers who send me messages (I receive email alerts) and to which I can not answer. Besides, I can not deliver the orders that were in progress.

Second disadvantage: as I can not access my interface, I can not disable my profile.

Third disadvantage; I can not recover the money that is on my account, just over a hundred euros.

Fourth disadvantage: I can not validate my phone, so in a few days my profile will be disabled.

The only thing I can do is post messages here in the forum as well as the ticket to the support which immediately closes them by “inviting me” to retry the operation in 24h.

The moral of the story: Fiverr has an ineffective support.

Sorry for the customers I leave, know that this is not my fault; I am just unable to communicate with Fiverr.

No I’m not so dummy. I try entering the form since the first day. Submitting 4 tickets to the support.
And today is the last day.
I don’t knw that resubmitting each 24h or 48h doesn’t change anything if Fiverr doesn’t fix their bug.
They don’t give any solution, just say “try again in 24h”

I can login in support forum but not in the appli part of fiverr.
I don’t know why, it’s not my web apps.

Fiverr send me an email response : they ask me to retry in 24h … loooooool

But they can’t withdraw the funds I have on my account. Thank you so much Fiverr. It’s really a pleasure to work with this platform. I Just say I CAN’T LOGIN TO YOUR PLATFORM

The people on the forum (including moderators) are just buyers and sellers, not staff. A few have tried to help you with ideas, but Customer Support does not monitor the forum. Submitting multiple tickets to Support can get you blocked for spam, so perhaps that’s what happened. It would have been best to send one ticket at the very beginning when you had trouble and not keep sending in new tickets. Now that the time is up for phone verification, I am not sure what you can do. You can try the support@fiverr.com email address although it doesn’t have tracking like a ticket. I don’t know what else to tell you. Good luck.

Or is there the same problems with phone verification form ?
