This is apparently a new bug that’s popped up (or maybe reappeared) in the last few days. Not sure of it’s status.
(There are a few rumors on how to fix/bypass it, but none of them verified. Such as trying it from the app, clearing browser cache, trying different browsers, etc.)
Yes, I think the same that its a bug. The issue is still not resolved I tried everything you suggested. Now I have submit a complaint in customer support.
