ndesigner92 Posted March 3, 2018 Share Posted March 3, 2018 hello team fiver,i have a query about disputing order.one of my customer dropped an order upon my buyer request of HTML CSS.I just send him an offer to contact me in my inbox for further discussion on your project. But, he placed order directly instead of contacting me as it is already mentioned in my gig description that the customer should come in inbox and discussed the rate about the order.I asked him for 150 usd for the given project but he is giving me only 10 usd. But the project demands more.As he has not fixed the rate before placing the order and now he has opened a dispute.But i can’t afford this cancellation because i have already low completion rate.kindly help me in settling this issue with the best possible solution.Thanks in advance.
