Question about Fiverr watermarking system

People who are on the buying side of Fiverr… Do you know how the watermarks work? I’ve tried doing some research but am still a bit unclear. I mostly want to know if there is like a seperate download button that appears after they accept that has the unwatermarked version of the file or if Fiverr only applies a watermark to their download if they haven’t accepted it yet.

I have a client who came back to me after an order was completed asking me for the unwatermarked version of a file, and I want to know how to properly direct her to the correct download on her order page.

Once the order is marked complete, the buyer can download the files without the watermark.
