Question about requesting a gig policy

I wanted to request a gig but I am wondering if it’s allowed by Fiverr or I will be violating the rules so wanted to make sure. Is it allowed to ask for a gig that I will buy and in the amount of the gig the seller will send paypal money to someone? ebcause paypal doesn’t work in my current location so I am wondering if it’s allowed

No. It is not allowed. All transactions have to be done through Fiverr.

If you (Or the buyer) is caught communicating or providing service found on Fiverr outside of Fiverr you both risk account bans.
