Question About Turnaround Time



I’m in the process of creating my first gig. One of the packages I was planning to offer has a two-day turnaround time. If I submit the work in a timely manner but the client decides at the absolute last minute that the work needs further revision and marks it incomplete, will my work, or any subsequent submissions, be counted as late? Will this negatively affect my ratings?




When a client sends you a revision request… The order time countdown starts from 24 hours. Even after 24 hours, when it says late, it doesn’t mean that the order is late. It’s just a system that’s showing that the order is late. But in reality it is not. Just try to deliver the order before the delivery time and you can ask for extensions by going to the resolution centre from the order page.
