Question: Buyer submitted improper info now I'm late

The buyer gave me the wrong login information and didn’t respond to my questions. So, I placed the gig into cancellation as I never heard from the buyer. When I did hear back from him the clock was at 6 min until I had to submit completed work. He un-cancelled the gig as I asked just now, but then saw that I am now late delivering.

Doesn’t fiverr stop the clock - or turn back the clock when a seller doesn’t communicate? Help on this one would be appreciated. Scratching my head on this one as whether or not I should complete or what to do.

3 gigs ordered and would take way too much time to complete. I set it up for mutual cancellation again with an explanation to the buyer to renew the gig.
