Personally… I loved the E*Trade Monkey.

I really liked the Doritos Snowglobe when it first aired. It’s still good, but could have done just as well with a head-shot KO.
The Tabasco sauce with the mosquito is great.
I can’t remember for sure if it was SuperBowl, but the Discovery Channel “Boom de Yada” was excellent.
There’ve also been several ‘feels’ commercials that play on nostalgia and emotions, that get you right in the heartstrings.
The Geico commercials are probably my favorite because they’re always so funny!

It’s been years since I’ve watch a SuperBowl.
The spots that always impressed me where the ones that Budweiser produced with their Clydesdale horses.
I remember one with a horse kicking a field goal or extra point that I thought was quite clever.
