Questions about bank transfer withdrawals

Hi,
I have searched throughout the topics and I couldn’t find anything, so I thought I would ask here.
Until now I have been sending my earnings to a friend who then sends them to my bank account, because Paypal isn’t available in my country. I’ve been thinking of using the bank transfer option for a while now, and I want to get informed before I try it out. Basically, I know that the method uses Payoneer, but I have never before used Payoneer so I don’t really know how things are going. Can I transfer funds directly to my bank account through Payonneer without getting a Payoneer card? Also, can anybody tell me what the fees are, for example transferring, monthly fees, etc.
