Questions about cancellations

Hi I am david. I am a new seller on fiverr. I have completed a gig where I had some problems. I want your help with this.

Buyer received my job after a long conversation talking about the details. But after the rejected work and changed his mind about what he wanted. The asked me a drawing and I am a graphic designer, I’m not a draftsman.

I worked for over an hour to get a good rating. The customer was not happy and did not respond to my messages. Countdown almost over and decided to ask for a mutual cancellation.

The result is that I run out of my money, no client, my lost time with a cancellation on my record.

As you can help sellers in these cases. It seems that the rules always benefit the purchaser.
