I have a gig in which i do the layout design of the books,documents and so on.

I got an offer to design the layout of spiritual and sexuality education “mini” books.
I totally have no problem with the content and whatsoever. And It is part of my job to design documents,books,…

How should I handle it according to fiverr’s guidelines?

You are not violating fiverr’s guidelines by doing this work.
Only if you have a gig that is sexually explicit would you be violating the guidelines.
Since you are a designer, you can go ahead and design such things as you please if an order requires it.
