Quick response tab

As a new seller on Fiverr, I have seen that you can create new custom responses to communicate with buyers. I’ve been looking for the location to edit responses, but I’m not seeing it in my message area. I have no messages yet, is that the reason? Thank you for your help. :slight_smile:

You might have to wait until you get a message. In the inbox/message system you click the lightning icon to select from quick responses and you can use the pencil icon next to one it shows in the list (shown when you put the mouse over one) to edit them and also there’s an option to create new quick responses in that screen that shows all the current quick responses.

I think that’s what it is. I’ll have to wait until I receive a message. It’s strange that one can’t get to it if all your messages are cleared out. Thanks for the heads up!!
