Quick Response that supports Extras

Quick Response that supports Extras. Extras within the order is nice, but it would be even better if you can do a quick response that has already prepped an up-sell for a more standard order and be able to provide in-depth information about what that extra involves. Thoughts? If this is possible already do let me know, as it appears as though it’s not.
