Customer Support is pretty bad for buyers and the pay for the amount of work that needs to be done is usually only viable in 3rd world countries for a full-time job. For a job that I’m doing on fiverr I could usually charge 4-5 times the amount in my country, so I see just see it as a side income and for that its pretty good.

Despite that I didnt have a good experience with customer support at all, doesn’t matter what the case was it was always Buyer > Seller.
