Ratings. .whats the difference between 4.7 and 4.8 ?!

Okay, so a 4.7 rating keeps you in red while a 4.8 keeps you in the green. My question is, how many aspects or inputs make up that 1% ? I have seen a lot of sellers dropping their levels down like flies due to 4.7 ratings.

Whats the margin between 4.7 and 4.8 ? how can 1% be so decisive ?
