Anyone such experience… seller submit an empty order to trick the system so that their order will not be cancelled automatically. When contact the customer service, the officer will just said you should attempt to contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
Did you send screenshots to Customer Support, showing that the seller sent an empty delivery?
Empty deliveries are forbidden by Fiverr’s Terms of Service, and sellers who do it risk getting banned.
It is against FIVERR TOS
Totally against Fiverr TOS. I think after a couple of messages, Fiverr would cancel the order and issue a warning to the seller.
