Received a warning but I haven't an idea why?


I received a warning email and pop up when I logged into my account. I can’t understand why I received it? I have a lot of respect for Fiverr and definitely intend playing by the rules. I’d really like to find out why I received a warning? How do I do that?

It’s a pity that you can’t simply send an email to a customer care person and get an answer. It’s pretty frustrating arriving at different FAQ pages etc and not being able to communicate with a member of staff. Maybe I missed something and there is an actual way to communicate?
