Receives order without impression

Hi there one of my gig had good reputation with bulk of orders. but recently i noticed that everything related to my gig {ie impression/clicks/views} everything were 0. when i searched my gig it shows in the homepage of both high rating and recomonded and also i was receiving orders. but my order rate has been decreased.

Do you think this may be an error on fiverr. please comment for help. Thanks:-)))

When this happens to quite a few people at once it is often due to a normal system process. It is usually due to the statistics reporting system being reset and you’re getting impressions, views, and clicks, the system just isn’t reporting it. It should start reporting normally again in a few days. If not, then contact Customer Support, but overall this has no harmful effect on your gigs.
