Unlimited revisions are never a good idea. For $5, one revision is plenty. If they want more work done, they can reorder.
I don’t know HTML or CSS, but I’m not sure how your gig image relates to that. Maybe add more images.

Your gig image still doesn’t make sense. “Photo Portfolio Template” seems more like ‘drag-and-drop design-a-web-page’ when what your gig describes doing is ‘cross-platform HTML/CSS fixes.’
