I opened a Fiverr account which has been active for almost 1 year now. However, I have forgotten the security question and I understand that to edit it, I must submit my documentation to the support team. The problem is; at the time of opening the account, I was in America. However, I am back to my country origin. My concern is: Will the customer support team accept documents from my country of origin, yet I opened the account while in the US?
Kindly advice me on the way forward.

It is probably better to simply ask CS what they need. I’m sure you could find some evidence of being in America around the time of setting up the account if they really need it!
