What statistics are you referring to? Bad reviews, low response rate, order completion, or delivery on time rate? We can’t help you much without some more details.

You can recover from a low response rate by answering any and all messages quickly (and within no more than 24 hours) for a whole month, and this should recover your response rate/time rating. Low order completion can be overcome by providing a consistent and fast service, delivering all orders on time, and have a low cancellation rate over time.

Bad reviews will be harder to battle, and if you suffer from loads of bad reviews, you should delete the account and create a new one. However, there is little point in doing this if you don’t correct the problems that caused the negative reviews in the first place.
