Refer to sites other than fiverr.com?

Yesterday I created a gig of video creation service.In the description part,there are two links to vimeo to show sample works to buyers.A few hours later I recived an email from fiverr.com told me that the gig was suspended due to I refer visitors to sites other than fiverr.com.I m confuesd as I had share links to youtube or my own sample site in previous gigs for several times.If it’s not allowed,how can I demonstrate my design,especially video designs to my clients?

I sent a ticket concerning the issue around 18 hours ago but no one replied to me till now.It’s weired as normally the support team get back to me within 1 or 2 hours.

What should I do to get my gig alive?
