Refreshing and editing the gig

yesterday I replaced a photo on my portfolio with another one and I refreshed the gig page for some time
now my gig status is not appearing on the search and its status is pending to review it by the safety team
on my dashboard it says that the gig is active but when I go to help and support it says that the gig is pending
is refreshing my portfolio is considered illegal or they make sure that the photo I replaced has no copyright claims?

Looks like it’s probably a caching thing.
