Refund (Cancel gigs)


Hi! I am a buyer and my gigs got cancel because the seller can’t deliver the project. I would like to withdraw the shopping balance(personal balance) so I can give this money back to my project manager. I do not how to contact customer service other than posting on the zendesk. It seems like no one reply to my question there.
