Wish to officially log a reqefor refund as page on support won’t let me. Keeps say delivery failed. Please try again

Have you tried sending an e-mail to support@fiverr.com ? That might help.

Regarding the “delivery failed” message, you could try to delete caches and cookies related to Fiverr from your browser and try restarting your browser. It’s worth a try.
