Refunded money still in fiver account despite new gig purchase


Hi there, I have been charged via paypal for a new gig in full, despite being recently credited with $10 in my fiver account as a result of an unfulfilled order previously.

As per the Fiver TOS, “If you have funds in your account balance, either from your Shopping or available Revenue balance, it will be automatically applied to your next purchase, but only in the event that your balance covers the entire purchase amount.”

I would like to know why this wasn’t the case. Also super annoying I couldn’t find a customer support contact area either.
