I read somewhere that if a buyer is not satisfied after delivery, it’s best to refund if they agree not to leave negative feedback or agree to remove it. Is this possible? I haven’t needed to go that route yet, but was just wondering.

It has happened to me many a times, some buyers do have unrealistic expectation… the best thing to do is even before you start the work see what are his expectations are and if you find it too much for the 5 dollar… u can ask to cancel or order multiple gigs…
Thanks, very helpful. I believe there are buyers out there that will order and receive exactly what they ordered and then place negative comments so they can negotiate getting a refund. It’s a shady practice for sure.
